| Description |
Join Lila Theatre for a full day of authentic joy! For a full day we will engage in Sound-PlayTM - a variety of improvisational games, drumming, sounding, spontaneous movement, theatrical rituals, and child's play. Get out of your head and into your heart as we laugh, play, connect, sound, and move our way to joy!
This playshop is ideal for visual and performing artists, creative professionals, drama/expressive arts therapists, psychotherapists, the spiritually centered, and individuals authentically seeking joy.
Please wear clothes that you can comfortably move in and bring your percussion instruments (if available): hand drums, shakers, etc.
