Saturday night, January 17, 2009 Celebrate Esprit du Vin, the Spirit of Wine in the Eberle Wine Caves 5pm 7pm. Ten wineries will gather in the caves at Eberle Winery for an exciting night of Wine, Cheese and Appetizers. Wines will be expertly paired with different gourmet cheeses. Stroll around and savor each pairing! Gourmet olives, olive oils, breads and bites will also be served. Tickets are $20 per person plus tax. The Wineries of Highway 46 East is a consortium of wineries located along Highway 46 on the east side of Highway 101 in Paso Robles, California. Member wineries include: Bianchi, Chumeia Vineyards, Clautiere Vineyard, Eberle Winery, EOS Estate Winery, Firestone Vineyard, Martin & Weyrich, Meridian, Sylvester Winery and Tobin James Cellars.
