WALTZ INTO WINTER

The Waltz into Winter is sure to be a fabulously extravagant affair with beautiful decorations, courtesy of designers Sue Frazier and Susan Morton-Reid, and delicious hot hors d'eourves - all set in the midst of a winter wonderland of terrific music and seasonal cheer! It is a great time to get together with friends, family and make new friends while enjoying the upbeat tempos of Swing, Foxtrot, Salsa, Merenge, Waltz, Tango, Rhumba and Cha Cha! As always, we will have a "mixer", which is two lines - one ladies and one men - where we all meet up to dance Merenge and assorted tunes - so it is a great time for Singles as well as Couples! All ages are welcome as it is never too early to expose our youth to the wholesome and fun atmosphere of dance! We will also have a "Snowball" dance! It is fun for everyone! Don't know what a "Snowball" is? Then you will have a nice surprise when you join us on Saturday, December 6th and find out!

Since taking his first lesson in the Hustle at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in South Bend during the Saturday Night Fever Frenzy of '79 - JERRY KENT has been hooked on dancing! Jerry teaches and performs in studios in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek. He has trained under some of the finest ballroom instructors including Barry Douglas and Terry Wehrle. Jerry has a passion for dance, and looks forward to sharing it with all of you!
