SUSHI ON THE HILL
Local Chef Clebson Vasconcelos has worked in top resturants and hotels for many years including award-winning Sushi Restaurants. For one night only he will not only serve a choice of wonderful Sushi dishes but will demonstrate to the guests the preparation and presentation techniques for sushi food which he has perfected over many years.
Choose from the menu (which will include Vegetarian options) and come along for a wondeful evening of fine eating. A licensed bar will be available stocking beers and wines specially chosen by Clebson.
The menu will include items such as: Starters Miso soup Sashimi salad Yellow tail jalapeño on yuzu dressing
Mains Prawn tempura Sushi selection Mix sashimi
Desert Black sesame or green tea ice cream
Only 50 tickets available for this evening so hurry!
Please note that the full price of the meal will likely be in the region of £20 for Vegetarian option and £25 for meat/fish. The £10 booking fee will be deducted from this final bill which you pay at the end of the evening.
