Youngstown Supper Club Pop Up 7.0
YSC is pleased to announce our 7th pop-up kitchen evening.
Join us at 6pm on 10/21 at the Tyler History Center-
We will be making some of our favorite Ohio comfort foods-
But with our usual dramatic flair!
7.0 Menu-
Crisp Fried Mush on "Creamed" Corn Potage
Poached egg, pumpkin seeds, bacon, cast iron kettle corn
"Pork and Beans" Salad
Pickled beets, fall greens, beet vinaigrette, flageolet beans, pork in aspic
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
-Ohio sheep milk cheese, green zebra tomato
Venison and noodles
-Venison Roast, Lamppost egg cavatelli
Root vegetables, cornflake/marrow crumble

-Assortment of artisanal Northern Ohio cheeses
