Description
San Franciscos Artship Ensemble inaugurates its 2008-2009 season with a preview of Burning of the Ancient Library of Alexandria, a theater performance and exhibition that celebrate the central role of wisdom collectionsoral or writtenin every culture throughout history. An interpretive and visual art exhibition will coincide with the world premiere at the Counter Pulse gallery inspired by the ideas and people surrounding the loss of the Alexandrian Library.

Notes
All seating is general admission, price differences indicate a sliding scale (pay-what-you-can) and are not a reflection of different seating options. Arrive 15 minutes prior to showtime to claim your ticket and get the best seat. 
There will be no admission to the show after 5 minutes into the performance, regardless of pre-paid status, so please arrive on time!
