No-Book Book Club: Go With Your Gut
Autumn is a time to reflect & regroup, a time to move toward winter with curiosity, intention and joy. Celebrate the harvest of the season with friends as we chat, snack, and learn the simple art of making & serving Kimchi. Heather Ratliff, The Wellness RN, will share insight on why fermented foods such as kimchi helps keep your gut healthy. Christine Horton, owner of Beer and Skittles, will share samples of Kombucha, and Sake Cocktails. Bridgett Blough, The Organic Gypsy, will demonstrate techniques and share her recipe for kimchi during a mini cooking class.
$15 includes appetizer tasting, free Kombucha and Sake Cocktail sampling, cooking class with a recipe, and a take-home jar of fresh kimchi.
