Learn to cook LITM's award-winning
salmon dish just in time for the
holidays.  Chef Todd Villani will
teach you how to make the dish that
won BEST SEAFOOD at the 2008 Crab Cake
Festival sponsored by the NJ Star Ledger.

"One of the best pieces of salmon I've had
in my life," said judge Fred Schaffer.

On Saturday, Nov. 15th, bring your curiosity
& taste buds to LITM.  Class will start at
12:00 pm sharp.  You'll learn the secret to his award-winning pan seared Atlantic salmon,
Moroccan couscous, cauliflower puree and
horseradish soy. 

Plus Chef will teach
Thanksgiving side dishes that'll
WOW your family!

Lunch served, glass of wine, recipe cards,
tote bag of goodies, interactive 2 1/2 hr
