Students & Professionals Virtual Event
The COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented changes in our social interactions, and even in how employees go about seeking jobs and how employers go about finding candidates to fill positions. We have put together a panel of experts that will inform us about interviewing, standing out, and developing diversity in these challenging times. There will be tips on video interviews as well as current issues and emerging trends to manage diversity in the workplace.

Learning Objectives include:
Understanding interview trends in the 2020-21 Job Market (employer and employee)
How to prepare for and execute video interviews
How to navigate employment issues (employee job search and employer candidate search) in difficult social and economic times
How to approach career entry and progression in both the public and private sector
How employers can equalize imbalances and develop inclusion
How employees can be trailblazers in the fight for equality

This event qualifies for 1.5 hr. non-technical CPE.

NOTE: A Zoom meeting link will be sent one to two days prior to the meeting.
