 Ivar's Salmon House and the NW Cider Society invite you to a special event in celebration of the season. Sample from a refreshing selection of regional ciders paired with a bounty of seafood hors d'oeuvres prepared by Chef Jason Bray of Ivar's Salmon House.
Learn about artisan, craft and vintage ciders from expert Ron Irvine of the Northwest Cider Society. Whether you like sweet, dry or semi-dry ciders or are new to the world of hard cider, you'll get a chance to sample each, take notes, place orders and more.
