| Question: |
Will my family or group be able to sit together? |
| Answer: |
Reservations that are purchased as a single sales transaction are considered one group. Depending upon the size of this group, event coordinators pre-arrange the seating such that each group will be seated at one table; and may be combined with other groups if space allows. Groups over 10 may be split between two tables; however, our coordinator will be sure to keep these tables together. Separate reservations, purchased as individual transactions are considered separate groups. Separate groups will be seated according to size and the Jelly Belly event coordinators cannot and will not guarantee that these groups be seated at the same table, or at tables that are next to each other. |

| Question: |
What if I am late? |
| Answer: |
As all seating is pre-arranged, late arrivals will still be guaranteed their seating. Seats will not be sold to other guests. However, please note that brunch is served by 11:00am and is typically stopped by 11:45am. |

| Question: |
What is the dress code? |
| Answer: |
Our brunches are a wonderful family event at which many of our valued guests take photo opportunities with Santa and his friends. Many arrive in full holiday apparel, but we do not require our guests to do so; it is a fun time for all we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the day. |

| Question: |
How long will Santa be at the brunch? |
| Answer: |
Santa will make his entrance and stay for the entire time at brunch (which typically ends at around 12:00pm). Santa and his friends make it a point to visit with each and every table so that no guest is left without getting a chance to meet with the man in red. This year, Santa will remain in the brunch room until 12:30pm for photo opportunities. Guests who bring their own camera are welcome to take a photo; or for a charge, a professional photographer will also be on hand.
----------------------------------->>>>>>Please note: During the brunch we will not only have Santa and Mrs. Claus, but also Mr. Jelly Belly, Rudolph the Red-nose Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman. These are life-size characters and may be intimidating to our younger guests. |
