A Flea in Her Rear
WOLFPACK THEATRE TO PRESENT GEORGES FEYDEAU'S CLASSIC FARCE,
A FLEA IN HER REAR or Ants in Her Pants.
Wolfpack Theatre is proud to present Georges Feydeau's classic French farce, A Flea in Her Rear or Ants in Her Pants, in the Cosumnes Oaks High School Black Box Theater this Fall. A Flea in Her Ear is Georges Feydeau's wild and hilarious comedy of mistaken identities, motives and actions. Giselle, the wife of Victor Chandebise, suspects him of having an affair. When she receives "evidence" of his infidelity, she decides to catch him in the act. As it turns out, Chandebise is a good and faithful husband. Giselle's plot backfires, leading to chaos. The entire cast ends up at a hotel that specializes in romantic tete-a-tetes, chasing each other through slamming doors or in beds that spin, seeing double, and misunderstanding everything that's going on. Wolfpack Theatre will reimagine the classic French farce in 1920s New York City during the peak of the jazz and bootlegger culture of America.

The production will be held in the Cosumnes Oaks Black Box Theater located on 8350 Lotz Parkway, Elk Grove, CA 95757, which is south of Elk Grove Blvd, off Big Horn Blvd and Lotz Parkway. Tickets are available online at www.brownpapertickets.com and 30 minutes before each show in the Black Box Theater for $8 general seating and $6 for senior citizens, children under 10, and COHS students with a current ASB sticker.
