Pat & Mary / New Swayze
Pat and Mary play with Marriage and History. From time to time, they get great figures from History to help them with their marriage. They're physical, they wear silly costumes, and they're upbeat.
Pat and Mary are Mary Theresa Archbold and Pat Shay. | WEBSITE
New Swayze put on a show unlike any other. Through two hosting characters, they weave in and out of impression and character duos at a pace unprecedented. The audience gets to see what it would be like if Christoph Waltz and Bjork presented an award together. What if Joan Harris (Mad Men) were to help Walter White (Breaking Bad) cook meth? On top of these spot-on impressions are characters of severe whimsy, awkwardness and comedy. Such as Penny Wee Herman, Pee Wee's forgotten younger sister. All of this is in the framework of the TV airwaves being controlled by the two hosts.
New Swayze is Scott Swayze (performer/writer), Tamsi New (performer/writer), Becky Krause (production), and James Carr (writer).
