We created The Freehold Forum LIVE! in order to provide our students with an opportunity to gain from the experience and wisdom from our faculty members and from other theater professionals. Our forums will feature panelists from our theater community answering questions about the ins and outs of the theater business as well as producing and working as an actor.
Our last forum on the Fringe Festival was very popular and we are excited to have our second forum lined up for Thursday, October 3, with the topic: "An Auditioning Conversation."
Have you wondered about what Casting Directors are looking for from actors? Want to know the inside scoop of the "do's" and "don'ts" of auditioning? Do you have some questions of your own on auditioning you've always wanted to get answered?
Our forum is just the ticket for you!
Our panelists will share their auditioning knowledge and wisdom and include: Erin Kraft (Seattle Repertory Theatre), Margaret Layne (ACT), Myra Platt (Book-It Repertory Theatre) and Amy Thone (Seattle Shakespeare Company/New Century Theatre Company).
