2013 CACG Trade Day
Come get some face time with our California artisan cheese makers and industry experts. This is a valuable and exciting opportunity for you to connect with the people behind the wheels of cheese that you distribute, purchase, present and transform. Hear more on what goes into their production and how their story and cheese are evolving. This will be a social and educational event for the trade to mix and mingle with cheese makers; talk and taste cheese; and create a united cheese front on promoting our California artisan cheeses and the California Artisan Cheese Guild.
