Share this event:

Develop your five senses to invigorate your day-to-day life. For over 2,000 years, Ayurvedic Healing has been improving the health and the lives of those that practice its techniques. Learn which sounds, sights, smells, tastes and touch energize and promote a healthy body. This workshop focuses on each of the senses and how to use them to revitalize your body. You will also experience the beautiful and ancient practice of chanting while meditating on the Healing Buddha, offering a deep spiritual dimension to your learning. Together, these practices promote a unique path to well-being of body and mind, leading to vitality, and a deep-seated joyfulness.

During this workshop you will learn to energize your five senses by:

Enlivening your sense of smell with an essential oil aromatherapy treatment.

Feeling your body awaken with "Abhyanga", a daily oil massage regimen.

Balancing your nutrition with taste and dietary tips that support health and longevity.

Listening to stimulating sounds and "Mantra Chikitsa" music and chanting practices.

Healing with sight and vibrational color therapies.

The workshop includes a delicious and healthy vegetarian lunch.
