Tapas Night! Cooking Class
Join Bowen Close and Otehlia Cassidy for a fun, entertaining, delicious class featuring tapas recipes to impress your family and friends at your next holiday party! We'll help you put together a stress-free, delicious menu featuring traditional Spanish and global fusion tapas for your next party, and talk about what can be made ahead so you can focus on holiday fun! Perfect prep for holiday hosting, or enjoy as date night or girl's night out!
- Spiced candied nuts
- Toasts with garlicky white fish and potato spread
- Bacon-wrapped dates
- Local blue cheese cheesecake with roasted red pepper and balsamic reduction
- Spicy Moroccan meatballs with pear chutney
- Deviled pickled eggs with chives and tuna
- Dessert: Spiced shortbreads
- To drink: Spiced holiday sangria
Cost: $45, with discounts for multiple classes (if registering for more than one class, choose the $42 ticket option - discount does not apply to multiple tickets in one class)

This class is part of a Fall/Winter Cooking Class Extravaganza! Bowen Close of Bowen Appetit and Otehlia Cassidy of Madison Eats are partnering to present five delicious fall cooking classes, ranging from ethnic menus to holiday brunches and tapas class (hey, it doubles as date night!). Enjoy one or all of them (discounts for multiple classes). These classes feature demonstrations and hands-on instruction, generous tastings, a fun learning environment, local ingredients, written instruction and experienced instructors!
