The Indian Markets are over and the high desert air turns cooler at night. What a great time to return to the piquant flavors of the great southwest! With its blend of cultures and access to a wide variety of fresh ingredients year-round, the cuisine in Santa Fe has evolved into one of the great regional American delights. Join us as we explore the flavors of this wonderful city the use of chilis and preparation of hearty stews make these dishes wonderful transitions into our colder Fall weather.
