Art Deco Society Nethercutt Vintage Car Collection Tour & Picnic
Motor out with the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles, for a private tour of the Nethercutt Collection of precious vintage objects on display at San Sylmar. This treasure trove of prize-winning automobiles, mechanical musical instruments and rare collectibles are housed in an opulent recreation of an automotive Grand Salon of the 1920s and '30s. The Nethercutt Collection is the life's work and passion of the late J.B. and Dorothy Nethercutt. The tour will also include a demonstration of the Nethercutt's famous organ!
This vintage excursion will include a pre-tour picnic at the El Cariso Regional Community Park in Sylmar, followed by a tour of the Nethercutt Collection featuring more than 250 marvelously restored automobiles and an opportunity to view a resplendently restored steam locomotive with rail car.
Bring your own picnic lunch. C.K. Farnsworth's vintage ice cream novelties or an old fashioned soda pop included in ticket price, plus picnic games!

If you wish to meet us at the Nethercutt Museum, please arrive by 1:15 PM at the facility where the "Collection" is (there is also a museum where no reservation is required down the street). San Sylmar is located at 15200 Bledsoe Street, Sylmar, CA 91342 (818) 367-2251. The Museum Collection is between the 5 and 210 freeways.
