The Law of Immaculate Mirrors
This series is an exquisite immersion into the adoration and exploration of black womanhood. Joy Yejide KMT is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist and Justice Werker. Within the scope of her artwerk, she aspires, in the werdz of Kanye West, "to clear a path for people to dream properly." As an artist, she has received a Macdowell Fellowship, a Heinz Fellowship and a grant from Advancing Black Arts. She is an August Wilson Center Fellowship finalist and has been published in several national publications as well as Check The Rhyme: an Anthology for Female Emcees and Poets, which was nominated for an NAACP Image award.
