Stone Farms Summer Pairings in the Fields 09/26

You've heard of farm-to-table dining, but how about dining at the farm? We invite you to join us for our second summer pairing event at Stone Farms. You'll enjoy six dishes of the freshest food possible at stations set up throughout the grounds, so you can fully experience all the fresh air and abundant scenery Stone Farms has to offer. Each "course" will be paired with a tasty Stone beer, including a special brew made with Stone Farms ingredients that is never offered anywhere else.

on fresh-baked brioche with mint aioli, served with polenta fries and cumin pepper sauce

with arugula, toasted pine nuts, Parmesan and lemon tarragon vinaigrette

Roasted Peppers, Mushrooms, Goat Cheese, Ricotta and Arugula

over warm fingerling potatoes, kale, and pancetta salad with balsamic demi drizzle
