Kona Coffee Culinary Invitational

Experience one of the most popular events, the Kona Coffee Culinary Invitational where local chefs serve up Kona Coffee-infused specialties and you get to sample their tasty creations.This years format has changed a bit. We are now having a 4 course Coffee Tasting Menu created by Executive Chef William K Trask, CEC, AAC and Executive Sous Chef Cy Yamamoto, both of the Keauhou Beach Resort. Also participating in this dinner will be 4 other invited Chefs from Kona who will also show off their culinary expertise by creating their own signature dishes for the event.
