Rosemary's Rooftop Dinner
We are so excited to be partnering with Chef Wade Moises and our dear friends at Rosemary's Enoteca and Trattoria to offer a dinner experience you won't soon forget.  We invite you to explore the flagship location of our rooftop farm, the largest in the world, with aperitivo in hand.  As the sun sets over the Manhattan skyline, Chef Wade will plate up just-picked, rooftop-grown produce and sustainably sourced proteins for a meal that gives new meaning to the concept of farm-to-table cuisine.  To round out this experience, VOS selections will be pouring and presenting a carefully curated selection of wines to compliment both the meal and the setting, showcasing the best that summer has to offer.  Mingle with the farmers who cultivate this patch of NYC and the team of award-winning chefs who are reinventing authentic Italian cooking in fresh, unique ways.  Check out the menu that Wade has prepared and you'll be as excited as we are for this evening!

ABOUT ROSEMARY'S:
Rosemary's is an Italian restaurant with a rooftop farm built by the Brooklyn Grange team, situated in the heart of Greenwich Village. Created by Carlos Suarez, the owner of Bobo, Rosemary's is named after Suarez's mother and is inspired by both her home in Lucca (Tuscany) and the rich heritage of the restaurant's Greenwich Village corner.  Executive Chef Wade Moises serves seasonal Italian dishes that highlight fresh, seasonal herbs and produce, as well as housemade pastas, meats and breads.
