Lunch and Learn - Compassion Fatigue, The Cost of Caring
For those who devote their lives to supporting others, whether professionally or personally, there is a cost to caring; we feel the impact in terms of burnout, overwhelm, overwork, and sometimes loss of a sense of self. In this workshop we will identify the signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue and learn about the antibodies to build resilience to their effects.
