Description
Pathways and Connections:
Master Class with British Dancer and Choreographer Ben Ash

The class will begin with lightly cultivating our awareness, working with our attention as we explore pathways and connections through the body, so that we may appreciate our qualities and choose how to be with them. We will consider connections into the ground and space, and progress to dancing articulated patterns with suspension, fall and recovery, flow, and clarity.

9:30-11:30 a.m.
Fee:  $15
