Galaxy Theater Company presents their Fall production of Neil Simon's classic comedy THE ODD COUPLE at the First Congregational Church of La Grange, located at 100 6th Avenue in La Grange!
THE ODD COUPLE, arguably the late Neil Simons finest and funniest play, centers around two very different roommates... The uptight, neurotic neat freak, Felix Ungar, and his slovenly friend, Oscar Madison. Felix arrives at the weekly poker party depressed and out of sorts after being thrown out by his wife. Fearing Felix will try something desperate, Oscar, himself in the process of being divorced by his wife, invites Felix to move in with him. Within a few days, this mismatched pair is on the verge of mutual murder; Felix is frustrated by Oscars slovenliness, while Oscar is driven insane by Felixs obsession with cleanliness.
The original 1965 production received four Tony Awards, including Best Playwright for Mr. Simon. It's a cant miss delight! Join Galaxy Theater Company, Oscar, Felix, and friends for a couple hours of pure fun!

The entrance to the theater space is located on East Cossitt Avenue. Enter through beige-colored, windowed, double-doors at the bottom of the stairs/ramp towards the West side of the church. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime. House opens 30 minutes before showtime. The theater is handicapped accessible. Free covered parking is available in the Public Parking Garage one half block North at 56 6th Avenue.
