Description
ARE YOU A FARM TO SCHOOL CHAMPION?

You just might be if you think more kids should learn about local agriculture OR would like more fresh, local produce in school meals.

Find out how to make a difference at the Farm to School Champion Training!  You and your kids can spend an afternoon on a lovely local farm, eat farm fresh food, and go home inspired to make farm to school happen.

You'll enjoy a Farm Fresh Lunch cooked by Stephanie Raugust, food service director from Pacific Elementary, and kids from her innovative Food Lab program.

While you participate in the two hour hands-on workshop, your kids will be enjoying the farm-- making farm crafts, exploring the pumpkin patch and enjoying fun fall farm games.

Where: Crystal Bay Farm in Watsonville.
  When: Saturday, October 18th
          From 10-2PM.

  Cost: $10 adults, kids free.

More info: 831-761-8507 or email ildi@caff.org.

Farm fresh lunch! Raffle prizes! Live music!
