San Chez Bistro & Slow Food WM "Meatless" Dinner
Join us at San Chez Bistro for a Spanish themed meal featuring food sourced from local producers. San Chez has just celebrated its 20th year of service to our local community.
This unique dining event will be an opportunity to experience a 5-course Spanish tapas culinary experience but with a vegetarian flare. See the menu below.
Special wine or beer pairing will be offered at the time of the dinner for an additional cost of $10/person.

Course 2:Espinaca Salteada
warm wilted spinach salad topped with roasted red peppers, portabellas, marinated artichokes, garbanzo beans, sherry vinaigrette and topped with manchego cheese
Course 3:Croquettas de Papas Con Queso
potato and smoked cheddar croquettes, garlic aioli and jalapeno honey
Course 4:Salmon con Hierbas
salmon filet served with homemade pesto, roasted red peppers, spinach, potatoes and a sherry reduction
Course 5:Desserts your choice
Tarta con Tres Leches - yellow cake immersed in three milks, topped with coconut and cocoa, white chocolate mousse
Tarta de Chocolate con Trufas - flourless dark chocolate cake topped with chocolate ganache, white chocolate bark and layered on semi-sweet chocolate truffles with a raspberry sauce
