Green Business Boot Camp (three days): A mini-MBA in the technical tools and strategies for managing a green operation. Specific, proven tools to use for every aspect of a business, from product design to production to shipping.
Sustainable Banking (one day): Introduction to the best practices from leading international banks on managing the "Triple Bottom Line" of banking operations: internal eco-efficiency, credit risk management and customer value added, new products for new markets - including green mortgages for green building, and asset management for sustainable value.
