Join us on Thursday 8/1/13 for our annual seasonal Food & Beer Pairing Dinner celebrating Summer. This year we are focusing on pairing with sour and/or wild beers. Chef Lucas and his team have come up with a delightful menu focusing on flavors of Summer - this one is going to be amazing!|
There will be a maximum of 40 tickets sold with seatings every half hour from 6:00 pm through 8:30 pm - select your preferred seating time when making your purchase. Gratuity IS included with your purchase.
Educated staff & brewery representatives will be on hand to speak about the beer and why each course was developed to complement it. This should be another great dinner!

Duck bresaola, pressed boneless buffalo short rib, house pulled mango mozzarella, lemon ricotta, berries, and cherries

Sweet pickled watermelon sliced thin with a cambozola crème garnished and a local organic mixed green salad, champagne grapes, and house made bacon dressed with plum vinaigrette.

Cornish hens in a beer bath with a salad of farro, blueberry, and artichoke & Colorado honey
