Hell in a Handbag Productions, Chicagos only theater company dedicated to the exploration and preservation of popular culture, parody and camp,is as giddy as a school girl to start off our 2008-2009 the season with murder and mayhem under the big top!

The Midwest premiere of HAYWIRE!, written by Kevin Remington and Tim Wilkins is a big splashy horror parody circus melodrama. Artistic Director David Cerda stars as Miranda Towers, a woman with sawdust in her veins and a passion no man can resist. Miranda returns from the insane asylum after a series of unfortunate events to find her circus in shambles. Then the murders begin...,coincidence?
