Putting by Food for Gut Health
Instructor: Beth Ingham, Whole Health Educator, nutritionist, combined 25 years practicing the dietary wisdom of Nourishing Traditions and Gut and Psychology Syndrome, and 25 years on the farm growing, preparing and preserving food.
The first part will be hands on making lacto-fermented vegetables, bone broth soup and tonics. I will share samples of my products and give instructions to make the soup and tonics. For lacto-fermentation, bring your own vegetables, jars, knife, sea salt and whey and away we will go! I will demonstrate and guide you through the process so you can take home product ready to ferment and have in your larder. The second part will be an informal course on gut health. Food, therapeutics and movement will be introduced and taught which will restore the gut to its healthy and vibrant rhythm so optimal health can be realized.
