First up:

Evil Dead: The Musical

Based on Sam Raimi's 80s cult classic films. EVIL DEAD unearths the old familiar story: boy and friends take a weekend getaway at abandoned cabin, boy expects to get lucky, boy unleashes ancient evil spirit, friends turn into Candarian Demons, boy fights until dawn to survive. As musical mayhem descends upon this sleepover in the woods, "camp" takes on a whole new meaning with uproarious numbers like "All the Men in my Life Keep Getting Killed by Candarian Demons," "Look Who's Evil Now" and "Do the Necronomicon."

Papercat Films and The Bug Theatre's
Night of the Living Dead, LIVE!

October 4 through 26

Returning to the Bug stage for a fifth exciting year. This annual tradition takes the classic 1968 film and transports it to the Bug stage. It is a unique combination of filmed segments and live performance that has been a hit year after year, with blood-hungry audience members showing up in costume, ready to dive into the world of the zombie. NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD is one show that just won't stay dead. It's back and deader than ever with new characters, new twists and a lot more blood.

Carrie: The Musical
Runs Fri and Sat nights at 7:30 PM
November 8 through 30

Adapted from Stephen King's hit novel Carrie. It focuses on an awkward teenage girl with telekinetic powers whose lonely life is dominated by an oppressive religious fanatic mother. When she is humiliated by her classmates at the high school prom, she wreaks havoc on everyone and everything in her path. This is a very exciting regional premier of this legendary musical, you won't want to miss out on this thrilling show.
