Bottoms Up, by Gregg Kreutz, is a classic mistaken identity farce that takes place on the grounds of a down-scale resort hotel on a third-world, banana republic tropical island in the Caribbean. It involves a gangster trying to launder a suitcase full of cash, his bumbling assistant, a down-on-her-luck aerobics instructor with an identical suitcase (and the two get switched, obviously), a sad-sack businessman, a pretentious Hollywood director of "B" movies, a buxom starlet who is sick of doing nude scenes and is refusing (and of course, she and the aerobics instructor get mixed up), a garish female hotel owner, and a larcenous porter. The aerobics instructor is hoping for a new start on the island. The director needs a new starlet. Mistaken identities ensue, along with mixed up suitcases.
