A BENEFIT FOR WHOLESOME WAVE GEORGIA

Some of the South's favorite chefs are getting out of the kitchen and into the country for the 4th Annual Southern Chefs Potluck, a casual Sunday supper benefiting Wholesome Wave Georgia.

Guests will dine family style with the chefs and their families on the pastoral grounds of the Inn at Serenbe. In addition to food and fellowship, the event will feature local beer, wine and cocktails created by renowned mixologists and a live auction for unforgettable culinary experiences. Last year's event raised more than $50,000 for Wholesome Wave Georgia, translating to more than $100,000 in fresh food for Georgia Nutrition Assistance Recipients and for local farmers.  

Each chef will contribute a Sunday supper side along with homemade pickles, relishes and desserts to be shared. The chefs' creations will be served alongside White Oaks Pastures meats from Jim N' Nicks Bar-B-Q.

Tickets begin at $125 per person, with host level tickets available for $500 for two tickets including prime seating, a listing in the program and a signed apron from the participating chefs or $1,000 for four tickets including prime seating, a listing in the program and two signed aprons.

Live auction items include:

- Dinner, pool party and overnight stay for 14 at Serenbe - Guests will enjoy a dinner for 14 at the private home of Serenbe's own Marie and Steve Nygren curated by Chef Linton Hopkins with hand-selected wine pairings by Gina Hopkins. Guests will then enjoy a midnight pool party with libations provided by Greg Best and the Atlanta Bartender's Guild. To round out the experience, guests will stay the night at The Inn at Serenbe, waking to roosters crowing and a full country breakfast on Monday morning.

- Cocktails with Steven Satterfield of Miller Union and Miles Macquarrie of Leon's Full Service for 30  Host a cocktail party for 30 friends in the comfort your own home with a bountiful selection of hors d'oeuvres provided by Chef Steven Satterfield along with delicious cocktails from Miles Macquarrie.

- "Cluck" off with Anne Quatrano of Bacchanalia, Marie Nygren of The Farmhouse at Serenbe and Chef Joe Truex of Watershed on Peachtree for 30 at the Bosch Experience Center in Serenbe  Guests will judge a friendly competition between three of Atlanta's most acclaimed chefs at the Bosch Experience Center in Serenbe. Chefs Anne Quatrano of Bacchanalia, Marie Nygren of The Farmhouse at Serenbe and Joe Truex of Watershed on Peachtree, will each feature a signature chicken dish for 30 guests to enjoy.

- Private dinner for 10 with Ford Fry of JCT Kitchen, No. 246, The Optimist and King & Duke and wine from Rob Preiditsch of Vignette Wine Importers- Host a private dinner for 10 with acclaimed chef and restaurateur Ford Fry of the award-winning restaurant, The Optimist, recently named among Bon Appetit's "Best New Restaurants in America." For the perfect pairing, enjoy wine from Rob Preiditsch, President of Vignette Cellars Wine Importers.

- Private brewery tour for 10 at Terrapin Brewery in Athens with on-site lunch, happy hour at The National and overnight stay at The Hotel Indigo - Enjoy a fun-filled day at Terrapin Brewery in Athens, including a private tour of the brewery and an intimate on-site lunch with Chuck Ramsey of Pulaski Heights BBQ, Whitney Otawka of Cinco y Diez and Chris Rountree of Heirloom Cafe. Continue the night at Peter Dale's The National for evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres followed by a luxurious overnight stay at The Hotel Indigo.

- One-of-a-kind skirt created by Alabama Chanin- Own a one-of-a-kind Alabama Chanin skirt designed by Natalie Chanin, who has been featured in Vogue, Time and The New York Times among others.
