Defending Your Wall - Learn tactics on how to protect your wall from offensive picks and clears while still maintaining it's defensive integrity.
Tornado Blocking - This session will cover lateral teamwork in an aggressive two-person blocking formation by leading your opposition into a hit instead of hitting away from your partner.
Pack Transitioning  Hit it & quit it or multiple passes? This session will review the factors that will help the pack determine the pace while jammers are out of the pack.
SPUXing - SPUXing is 1 on 1 blocking and learning how to wear an opposing skater like a spandex tuxedo.
Timing a Block - This session will focus on basic block timing; when to move to make a collision; and when to hit to help a teammate pass.
Carve Your Path  Skaters will learn how to attack a wall from the rear. For jammers they will use this to get through the wall for blockers they will use this to open a hole or break a part a wall.
Finding Your Edge  This two hour session will go over many uses of your edges on the track from driving hits, blocking, staying in bounds and juking.
Doing it Backwards  This session will cover backwards blocking and backwards driving hits. In addition we will talk about the targeted position in backwards blocking how to counter and reacting to being backwards blocked.
