Fruit Flambé at the Queer Arts Festival
In partnership with The Cultch's IGNITE! Youth-driven Arts Festival, we plucked the hottest young artists from their Fruit Basket cabaret to participate in a six-week project, developing a show for the Queer Arts Festival! This project will see the young artists mentored by acclaimed director, actor and playwright David Bloom, Juno award winning producer and hip-hop artist Kinnie Starr and up and coming new media artist Sammy Chien to create a performance where the youth will explore themes of sex and gender.
