Finding Solace in Silence in the Age of Twitter
A Chatter music and visual art HAPPENING at The Kosmos. Morton Feldman's Piano and String Quartet is a work of serene stillness: powerfully quiet and otherworldly; a work that "provides a space for deep reflection". "'Spellbinding' is practically an instruction to the players", "hypnotic", "time slipping through your fingers".
Occurring simultaneously with the music will be a large art installation in the 5G gallery at the southern end of the Kosmos where the music will be broadcast, thus allowing the audience the opportunity to sit, to stand, or to quietly meander (soft-soled shoes are requested) to the 5G gallery for a full aural and visual experience.
Refreshments will be served at no additional cost.
