Thanks again.

Can two halves make a whole? Is it possible for frantic and laid back to co-exist? Can two people that are complete opposites share an apartment without killing each other? That is the always funny story that brings Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple" to the Amato Center in Milford, NH. Only one weekend left September 19-21, 2008. This comedy classic will be presented by the 2008 Best of New Hampshire winner M&M Productions.

Take the sloppy sportswriter "Oscar Madison" and the obsessively neat "Felix Unger" add in a collection of cantankerous and crazy poker players and sprinkle in the very British and not so proper Pigeon sisters and you have Neil Simon's funniest side-splitting comedy experience.

The story has been told many different ways.  Originally written for the stage, then rewritten with a female cast, made into a movie, developed into an even more well known television series, made into a different television series and an animated show, a television movie and once again back onto Broadway just a few years ago.

The "Odd Couple" is made up of New Hampshires most acclaimed actors including nominees and winners from the New Hampshire Theatre Awards. The show is directed by M&M co-owner Mark Ferman, produced by M&M co-owner Mari Keegan and production coordinator Deborah Shaw and includes Neal Blaiklock and Eric Skoglund who play Oscar and Felix respectively. They are surrounded by drop dead funny actors and actresses: Len Deming (Speed), Rich Hurley (Murray), Marc Pelletier (Roy) and Joseph Pelonzi (Vinnie), and as the coo coo Pigeon sisters Erica Newhall and Gina Carballo.
