Former darlings of the Michigan Music Scene, The Davis Family relocated to Tennessee after Dominic took a gig playing with recent Nashville transplant & International Superstar Jack White (of The White Stripes). Since the move, Rachael has been knee deep in The Nashville Songwriters Scene, playing shows and penning tunes with some of her biggest influences. Dominic has been working on another album with White, while staying busy with other projects. He recently served as Musical Director for Willie Nelson's 80th birthday CMT Crossroads Special. Dominic led the band on bass and helped back up Willie while he was joined by Sheryl Crow, Norah Jones, Leon Russell, Ashley Monroe & Neil Young.
The Duo will play a show at The Good Work Collective in Traverse City TONIGHT, Wednesday, June 19 at 7:30 PM.
Curbie will be serving paella and ice cream treats. Paella demonstrations start at 6:00 and are open to the public.
