This four week experience will include 4 - 60 minute group sessions. Each session will include 30 minutes of teaching, 30 minutes of group coaching and homework assignments for the following week. In addition, each attendees will receive a 1 hour private coaching session at the end of the four week session. The topics for each session are below.

Getting clear about how you get in your own way. Removing Obstacles. Setting Boundaries. Commitment to change.
SESSION 3:
Getting clear about what it will take to grow beyond where you have been. Strategic planning. Resource management. Funding. Engaging your team.
SESSION 4:
Getting clear about the remainder of 2013. Action Planning. Setting up a support system. Accountability. Persistence. Resources.

***In addition each attendee will receive a FREE 60 minute individual coaching session with Michelle. All attendees will be sent a link to sign up for a time that is convenient.
All sessions will be conducted via conference call. Attendees will be sent log-in information once payment is received.
