Summer Small Intestine Remodulation / Cleanse
As we move into Summer, it is the perfect time to cleanse our small intestine. Why? Our body has a a natural "clock" or biorhythm. The summer is when our heart and small intestine have the most dominance.
In this cleanse, there are three focuses: clear out digestive system of waste, clear the sludge from the veins that go to the liver, and establish healthier gut lining, flora, and bowel movements. This cleanse can be done online, or meeting with the group on a weekly basis mostly for the 21 day duration. The first meeting is one week prior to get assessment information on each person. This is to customize the cleanse for each person.
Every group cleanse we lead, based on this system of personalization receives phenomenal results. Inspired by this, we are now leading a group cleanses regularly. No raw food or juicing fanaticism. There will be 5 cleanse meetings: (you need not attend the meetings an online powerpoint and YouTube explanation of it is offered)

1. Sunday June 16th 4:00 6:00PM PRE-CLEANSE MEETING. This is when we will take the tests and choose which cleanse is perfect for you. You will go home from this meeting with a clearer idea of what your goals are and what areas need attention. You will also have an eating guide as a preparation for the cleanse, access to an online group and a facebook page for questions/updates.
2. Sunday, June 23rd 4:00-6:00. THE CLEANSE OFFICIALLY BEGINS. You will receive your products and we will go over any questions you have. We will make sure you feel excited and supported to begin! Week 1 is clearing the waste theme.
3. Sunday, June 30th 4:00-6:00. TESTING and support. This meeting will be to assess how your body is doing after the first week of cleansing and we will adjust your protocol depending on what your body is telling us! This meeting will also cover general support, questions, etc. Week 2 is bind toxins, purge the gut of pathogenic microbes.
4. Sunday July 7th 4:00-6:00 This is the time in the cleanse when deep shifts typically occur (although they often happen earlier too). Similar to the previous weeks meeting we will tune into what your body is needing to move to the next level and also celebrate all that your body is doing to improve your health. Week 3 is build a healthy flora theme.
5. Sunday July 14th 4:00-6:00 END OF CLEANSE. This meeting is devoted to supporting the end of the cleanse which, to our surprise in our cleanse, was not at all the end. We had incredible releases after the final week because we continued to support our system with herbs and nutrition. We will find out what your body wants to do at this 21 day juncture and effectively transfer out of the protocol you were on.
