Flat Fields Fest
Flat Fields Fest, an intimate music festival consisting of six bands on a stunning property in Brewster, New York, will be kicking off for its first time this summer!
The festival is being held an hour train ride outside of New York City and located on a massive 10 acre ranch encircled by woods owned by my grandfather, Larry Feder. The property features a lake, a river, a barn house, a beautiful forest and plenty more naturalistic scenery to ease the soul.
There will be one stage for the live music, a few local boutique pop-up shops, and plenty of BBQ food to go around.
The date is set for Saturday August 17th. The show will start in the early evening and continue into the night, likely turning into a pretty fun party in the after hours. Tickets cost $15 before the event, and $20 at the door. The festival is likely to sell out, so secure your attendance and save 5 bucks by getting pre-sale tickets.
This will be a one-of-a-kind music festival put together by a group of lovely NYU music students who simply love live music and wish to offer an event where they can showcase the best, most promising underground New York City bands, in some of which we participate. Plus, it will offer an excuse escape the City and enjoy some fresh air on a warm August summer night.
Camping will be encouraged but a shuttle will be running between the nearest train station (10 minutes away) and the festival location.
