Lake Union Civic Orchestra: Musical Tributes
Town Hall, Seattle Seattle, WA
LUCO's Musical Tributes concert celebrates the anniversary of the birth of two composers. We're excited to accompany our own principal clarinet player, Steven Noffsinger as he performs Mozart's beautiful Clarinet Concerto in honor of the 250th anniversary of the birth of one of classical music's most famous composers. The evening will be brought to a stirring finish as we play Shostakovich's Symphony No. 10, 100 years after the Russian composer was born.
Mozart: Clarinet Concerto Shostakovich: Symphony No. 10.
Steven Noffsinger, clarinet. Christophe Chagnard, conductor.
