July 4th Celebration
Each year the Community Boating Celebrates the anniversary of the first day of operation on July 4th 2007. The City of Bellingham kindly provides a backdrop of fireworks! Starting at 6pm and ending when the fireworks are over, there will be a wild salmon barbecue with veggie and child options, and very berry shortcake. After dinner, compete in a cribbage tournament, a knot tying contest, or a nautical spelling bee. Sit around a bonfire, meet other kayakers and sailors until the fireworks start. Invite family and friends!
