Our season pass offers you a great value AND great flexibility. You may choose any performance for each of the three shows, and you may change your show selections anytime (availability permitting), either online or by calling BPT.
IMPORTANT NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING SEASON TICKETS
1. When you begin your season pass order, the only option you will see is "will-call." This is because BPT does not mail out tickets for season passes. Choir of the Sound will, however, mail your tickets if you would like. You will be able to request mailed tickets as one of the steps later on in your ordering process. If you select mailed tickets, you will receive your tickets in October. If you do not select mailed tickets, you will pick up all your season tickets at will-call before the holiday show. NOTE: THE MAIL OPTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR SEASON TICKETS ORDERED AFTER FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29. THOSE WILL NEED TO BE PICKED UP AT WILL-CALL, AS WE WOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT TIMELY DELIVERY FOR TICKETS MAILED LESS THAN A WEEK BEFORE THE HOLIDAY SHOW.
2. The season pass order box below shows the date as December 7 at 3:00 PM, and your confirmation page will reference December 7 at 3:00 PM. This is because that is the "beginning" of our season. It does NOT mean that you necessarily are selecting tickets for that performance! You will be selecting the three shows of your choice for Holiday, Winter, and Pops on the order confirmation page, AFTER you place your season pass order.
3. PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT YOUR THREE SHOWS AS DIRECTED IN THE "PASS MANAGEMENT" BOX ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE!! Don't be concerned about the reference to "additional tickets"--it does not mean you are purchasing additional season passes. You actually are just "distributing" your season pass "allowance" by identifying the shows for which you want to reserve *show tickets*. We agree that this BPT reference to "additional tickets" is confusing, but we can't change that language. You can come back later to select your shows, either online or by calling BPT, and as mentioned above, you can change your selections. You also can call us at 206-528-9990 or email us at email@example.com, and we will work with BPT to enter your show selections.
4. Please be aware that if you do wait too long to make a performance selection for a given show, there is a chance that your preferred show may be sold out. This would not be an issue until after single tickets go on sale in October, and is more likely to be a problem with our Sunday afternoon show, but we want to bring it to your attention so that you aren't disappointed!
