MADE IN AUSTIN Dances & Films
Lorn MacDougal and Alain Le Razer's All Things Animate presents their second event at Galaxy's Studio Theater, newly set up for raked seating, and equipped with large projection screen. Le Razer's new film Make It Hot! reveals top Texas Breakdancers competing in an April 13, 2013 Battle in the Studio Theater. Spectators will feast their eyes on skilled, individualistic, and highly energized movers ranging from age 5 to 29. In MacDougal's new dance one of the fittest bodies in Austin in a series of twists and pretzels is set off by the oddity of the musician.
Austin choreographers Lisa Del Rosario, Magdalena Jarkowiec, Rosalyn Nasky, Nicole Roerick and Filmmaker Katherine Hodges join All Things Animate to reveal their latest work bringing you craft with verve.
