Come and experience how easy cake decorating can be. Learn and practice the basic skills needed to get started. Chef pâtissier Pierre Ferland will demonstrate how to create borders and rosettes to put the finishing touches on a cake. You will learn how to use one of the most essential tools of cake decorating, the piping bag, and you will be decorating your own cake in class.
