Chef Trevor Higgins' love of food began earlymuch of his childhood was spent in his grandparent's garden where he gained a respect for local ingredients pulled straight out of the ground.
There's a cozy, familiar atmosphere built around a shared sense of who we are. Whether we're sustaining the land, sustaining ourselves or sustaining those less fortunate, there's a certain responsibility that we just plain understand.
