Our hall of fame awards celebrate the achievements and contributions of our chefs, food manufacturers, restauranteurs and hoteliers. The recipients are honored for their expertise and commitment for advancing the foodservice industry, not just in Chicago, but globally. It is presented to an honored dignitary that has achieved an unparalleled level of success and serves as a lasting reminder of excellence and achievement.
Recipients of our Chefs Hall of Fame:
2006 Charlie Trotter of Charlie Trotter's Restaurant became our firt inductee.
2007 Jimmy Bannos of Heaven on Seven our 2nd inductee
2008 On August 27, 2008--Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill & Topolobompa Restaurant will be our new inductee.
